Domestic Client
We completed an initial concept scheme, which you can see. (Completed by Charmaine Vos). This scheme was then developed into the final design, which is also shown. The site was difficult in the sense that it was in fact a beach & the existing house had been built on it. We designed a new home to sit in a similar location. In the end this project went to the environment court & took 3 years at which point the client won his case & the project continued. Unfortunately didn’t complete the project.
