[ezcol_2third]Peter Architects Limited completed this project. Peter designed the main building while I design the two flanking buildings. A unique colorful design solution was found. The project would have been a stunning solution to the Cook Islands Government needs. Unfortunately the project never proceeded.

The Brief
“Rarotongan Government as the buildings had just been burnt down, we included The Justice Land Courts, Lands & Survey, Police, Customs, Immigration, Law Chambers, New Zealand Consulate & Post Office. Budget – $50 million.”
