Hill Majurey Architects Limited completed this project. Peter designed the building & I fully documented the project. This project had some unique challenges in being able to build above the building in front to obtain views while renovating that building services wise so that it was still operational. We had a great client in New Bay Holdings Limited & as you can see a stunning building was completed for its time.

” The Brief – was to design a 15 Storey apartment building (43 Apartments) with car parking, this was one of the first apartment buildings in Auckland at the time & was sold out overseas prior to construction starting.
